VASP Registration Requirements

All entities intending to offer virtual asset services must register with the Cayman Monetary Regulatory Authority International (Cmrai).

This applies to:

1. Entities seeking to enter the virtual asset services market for the first time (New Market Entrants);
2. Entities already providing virtual asset services prior to the implementation of the VASP Law (Pre-Existing Service Providers); and
3. Current licensees of the Authority that are offering or planning to offer virtual asset services (Other Authorised Entities).

Additionally, entities must complete an AML/CFT form, which is accessible through REEFS.
