Reporting Requirements for Cooperative and Building Societies

Refer to the reporting schedule for prudential and statistical returns required from all entities regulated by Cmrai.

Required Reporting Documents

Credit Unions and Building Societies must submit their quarterly returns to Cmrai within 30 days following the end of each reporting period. Relevant forms are available for submission.

Additionally, all annual audited financial statements must be provided within three months after the conclusion of their financial year.
