RE: PREMIER ASSURANCE GROUP SPC LTD – Placed into Provisional Liquidation

Cayman Monetary Regulatory Authority International (“the Authority”) informs the public that on 27 October 2020, Premier Assurance Group SPC Ltd. (“Premier”) was placed into provisional liquidation. Messrs. Jeffrey Stower and Jason Robinson of KPMG Cayman Islands have been appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators (“JPLs”).

Messrs. Jeffrey Stower and Jason Robinson previously served as Joint Controllers of Premier, having been appointed by the Authority on 14 September 2020.
